The rates indicated on this website do not include booking fees (4€ per booking without accommodation and 11€ per booking with accommodation) and are valid, depending on the date of the visit, for the 2023 season, from February 4th 2023 to January 7nd 2024. They have been determined according to prevailing economic conditions at the date of their establishment and may be revised up or down even after reservation in the event of variations to or the application of levies and taxes relating to the services provided (in accordance with articles L221-12, R211-8 and R211-9 of the Tourism code).
Opening times and program are subject to change without notice. Shows, attractions, restaurants or shops may be closed, modified, or cancelled without prior notice due to weather conditions, for technical reasons or seasonal factors.
To be taken into consideration, any claim must be addressed to Futuroscope Destination customer services department under conditions defined in the Terms of sale.
Customers who do not receive a satisfactory reply within 60 days of contacting the customer services department may refer their case to the tourism and travel ombudsman. Contact details and complaint procedures can be found on the ombudsman website at www.mtv.travel
