Optimize your visit with your mobile. Practical, useful and free, this application will help you discover the park.

A free WiFi connection is available in the park. To take advantage of it, connect to the “FUTUROSCOPE” WiFi and accept the terms and conditions.

Cell phone recharging points are available at the park's info points. We can also lend you a portable battery.

Baggage storage is available at the park's main entrance. Price €7 per day (groups €15). Also available at the Futuroscope train station.

If you've lost or misplaced something, go to the information point at the park entrance.

As soon as you arrive, measure your child at the info points to obtain a wristband. Depending on his/her size, he/she will be able to take part in the attractions or watch as a spectator, when the attraction permits.

If your child is too small to be a spectator in the attraction, ask for the Baby switch.

The children's rate applies to visitors aged 5 to 12 inclusive, and admission is free for children under 5.

Proof of age (national identity card, passport or family record book) may be requested on the day of the visit.

Free pushchair hire is available at the entrance at the Futuroscope entrance, subject to availability. Pushchairs are not permitted at Aquascope.

Baby areas are available in the park. They are equipped with a changing table and a microwave, so you can heat up feeding bottles and food.

A children's menu for under-12s is available in all the park's restaurants.
