Receiving your visitors’ documents

Your visitors’ documents (entry tickets and vouchers) are available on your Personal Account page and also sent by Email.
If your date of arrival is in less than 20 days or you have booked open-ended tickets, check your Inbox as you will receive an Email containing your visitors’ documents. You can also access them on your Personal Account page.

Please note: if you book between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. there may be a delay in receiving your documents by Email or in your Personal Account.

If your date of arrival is in more than 20 days:
Your visitors’ documents will not be available immediately. You will receive them by Email and in your Personal Account 20 days before you arrive.
You have chosen to receive your visitor documents by post - they will be despatched to your address in France 20 days before your date of arrival. Delivery times are subject to the postal services. Visitor documents are only sent by post to within metropolitan France

If you have not received your documents a few days before your arrival, check your spam/junk mail folders. If you still have not received them, contact our booking advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06 quoting your booking number.

On the day of your visit, print off your documents and bring them with you or load them to your Smartphone.

My Futuroscope account/Personal account

Set up a personal account on futuroscope.com to:
- View your bookings
- Access your visitor documents (tickets and vouchers) 20 days before arrival
- Save your favourites
- Manage your personal details
- Manage your communication preferences

Activating your personal account:
- Once your online booking has been confirmed, your account will be activated as soon as your booking agreement is sent by email. Please note that your account may take longer to be activated if a booking is made between the hours of 8 pm and 7 am.
- Bookings over the telephone: if you receive an email after creating an account, click on the link provided to activate the account.

If necessary, contact our advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06. You will need to quote your booking number.

My account - Problems signing in

If you have forgotten your password, go to your personal account page and click on the "Forgot password" link. Enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password. The email may take a few minutes to arrive.

Quotation - Online bookings

If you halt your booking at the payment stage or if payment is refused, we will draw up a quote reminding you of your choices. No services will be booked. The quote will be sent to you by email. To take up the quote (subject to availability at the time of your call), call our booking advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06. You will need the quote reference.
You can also resume a booking at any time at futuroscope.com.

Futuroscope Destination agency

If you have booked your stay, you can pick up your visitors’ documents (entry tickets and vouchers) at the Futuroscope Destination office located at the main entrance as well as at the Futuroscope-TGV train station. You may also make last-minute hotel reservations there.
