In response to visitors' desire to escape, relax and reconnect with nature, Futuroscope is opening Ecolodgee, its second themed hotel with a strong environmental dimension. This family hotel, located near the entrance to the Futuroscope Park, comprises 120 wooden lodges scattered around a 3.8 hectare landscaped park, including a vast one hectare lake and pristine islands to encourage biodiversity. Built with wood from sustainable French forests, the lodges offer families a unique stay in contact with nature and an immersive hotel experience unlike any other offered on the Futuroscope site.

Family lodges

Spacious and bright, these lodges are built on stilts to limit their impact on the ground. They have a master bedroom, a children's cabin, a lounge area and a bathroom with toilet. With a surface area of 27 m², they can accommodate up to 5 people. The large bay window and private wooden terrace offer a privileged view of the surrounding countryside. Because of their negative impact on the environment, Futuroscope has chosen not to equip the lodges with air conditioning. The presence of water and trees, combined with the thermal performance of the lodges and the roof caps, ensure natural cooling. To make it easier for families to get together and enjoy nature to the full, we have also decided not to install televisions in the lodges.

An escape to the heart of nature

Along the way, visitors will be able to cross the water via a monkey bridge, a ford, an inverted bridge or a dyke, discovering new views of the hotel's landscape.
