Most of the attractions and shows are accessible to pregnant women. However, for safety reasons, pregnant women are advised not to access or are not permitted on certain thrill rides and/or attractions with dynamic seating. Refer to the pages of the attractions for accessibility information.

In some cases, you may still be able to enjoy the film on fixed seats. Our teams can provide you with details at the entrance to the attractions.

To ensure your safety, bags and persons are checked at the entrance to the Park. Please comply with those required checks.
- try to avoid bringing bulky bags. Rigid iceboxes are not permitted: please leave them in your vehicle - you can leave the park and return at any time during the day.
- sharp objects, drinks glasses, glass bottles, and alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
To shorten your waiting time during safety checks, we recommend you to arrive 30 minutes before the Park’s opening time.

Futuroscope has been awarded the "Sécuri-Site" safety seal of approval by the French government.
It certifies that a full safety plan has been implemented inside and around the Park, and that the Park works closely with the authorities.
 

For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, it is imperative that you comply with the visiting conditions set out in these rules and regulations. Consult the Parc du Futuroscope rules and regulations.

A first-aid station is available in the centre of the Park. Our security staff is trained to provide assistance at any time.
If you require specific care during your visit, contact our booking advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06 for information for a nearby doctor’s surgery or nursing practice.

Bags are checked at the entrance to the Park for safety purposes.
The following items are not permitted inside the Park: 

  • Try to avoid bringing bulky bags. Rigid iceboxes are not permitted: please leave them in your vehicle. You can leave the park and return at any time during the day.
  • Sharp objects, drinks glasses, glass bottles, and alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
  • Electric and non-electric scooters, rollerskates, skateboards and hoverboards are not allowed inside the Park.
  • Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the Park so as not to inconvenience other visitors.

A left-luggage service is available at the entrance to the Park. Charge applies.

Minors under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when purchasing an admission ticket and entering Parc du Futuroscope or Aquascope.
Minors under 12 years of age are and remain the sole responsibility of their parents and/or accompanying adults for the entire time that they are in Parc du Futuroscope and Aquascope.

For safety purposes, some attractions are fitted with protective equipment (belts, bars, harnesses, bucket seats, etc). Access to these attractions may be denied to visitors with physical attributes that prevent the safety equipment from being used. A test seat is available at the entrance to some attractions. Our team can advise you and suggest solutions where possible.

Photos and videos are allowed in the Park, but not inside the attractions.

Yes, but the slides are not recommended, especially Rocket and Sprint.

Yes, for safety reasons, access to the slides in the sensations area is subject to restrictions.  Please refer to the ‘Terms of access’ section on the slides pages. Children's area slides are accessible from age 3. Children under 8 must wear a buoyancy aid.

Yes, at the toboggan access.

You don't need to be able to swim to enjoy Aquascope. However, for some activities, a good level of swimming may be required.

Yes, you must shower before entering the Aquascope pools and slides. Shower gel are not supplied.

Yes, some slides have a weight limit. Please refer to the ‘Terms of access’ section on the slides pages.

No. It is compulsory to provide armbands or life jackets for babies and children who can't swim or aren't completely at ease in the water.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at Aquascope, including in outdoor areas. A smoking area is available on the outdoor terrace of the snack bar (depending on seasonal opening).

Depths vary from 20 cm to 1.80 m depending on the pool.

Lifeguards are on duty at all times. However, we remind you that children remain under the constant care and supervision of their parents and/or guardians throughout the visit.

Yes, for your safety, we carry out bag and personal checks at the Aquascope entrance. Thank you for agreeing to these compulsory checks.
- bulky bags are to be avoided, coolers are forbidden, please leave them in your vehicle. 
- sharp objects, glass and glass bottles, alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
