Pets are not allowed inside the Parc du Futuroscope, in the Aquascope or in the outdoor areas. A new kennel for dogs and cats is available for free at the entrance to the visitor car park. Reservations recommended on +33 6 76 76 32 38. This kennel opens 1 hour before the Futuroscope park opens and closes 1 hour after the park closes.
Identification papers and up-to-date vaccination records are compulsory. See the list of vaccinations required in the internal regulations for the reception of animals. Category I and II dogs are not accepted.
Water is available for pets in their kennels, but food is not provided. Dogs may be taken out and walked during the day under the owner's responsibility and only in the dedicated enclosed area.

Electric car charging stations are available in the car parks, subject to availability. This is a paid service operated by a partner. Payment via the GEEVE app or multi-operator card. Specifications: Type 2 - 7.4 kW - AC - €0.50/kWh.
Some hotels on the site have charging stations reserved for their guests: Station Cosmos, Ecolodgee, Hôtel du Futuroscope, Campanile, Ibis, Altéora, Plaza, Novotel.
If you have lost or misplaced something at Futuroscope or Aquascope, go to the information point at the entrance to the Futuroscope park. After your visit, you can contact this service by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +33 5 49 49 21 24 (from 2pm).
When you report a loss, our Lost & Found team will do everything in its power to find the object you have reported, but unfortunately it cannot guarantee that it will be found.
If the loss occurred in an attraction that is subject to strict security measures during its operation, no search can be carried out before the park closes. Consequently, your item cannot be returned on the day it was lost.
If your item is found, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you are not contacted within 21 days of the date of your loss report, this means that your item has unfortunately not been found.
An automatic cash dispenser is located at the main entrance to the Futuroscope park, before checking your entry tickets.
A mailbox is available at the park entrance, after ticket control.
Battery rental stations are available at the park's information and service points, as well as at the Station Cosmos, Ecolodgee and Hôtel du Futuroscope hotels.

During your visit to Aquascope, you must leave your personal belongings in a locker (individual or family). To open and close the locker, you will receive a wristband at the entrance. This is free and must be returned after your visit.
Pool towels are not available for loan or hire at Aquascope and the use of hotel towels is prohibited. Please remember to bring your own towels. You can also buy towels in the Aquascope shop.
