Charging stations are available for electric vehicles in the Futuroscope car park. Slow charging stations (7 kW/h) with T2S and E/F sockets. Free service and subject to availability.
Hotels with charging stations reserved for their guests: Hôtel Station Cosmos, Hôtel du Futuroscope, Campanile, Ibis, Altéora, Plaza, Novotel.

An automatic cash dispenser is located at the main entrance to the Futuroscope park, after checking your entry tickets.

A mailbox is available at the park entrance, after ticket control.

Translation into Spanish and English is available at certain Futuroscope attractions. To take advantage of this, download the free ‘ListenWIFI’ application from the App Store or Google Play. If you've forgotten them, Bluetooth headphones are on sale at the Information & Services desks.

Don't forget to download the ‘Futuroscope’ application, the essential companion for visiting the park. The application installs by default in French, Spanish or English, depending on the language already configured on your phone.

During your visit to Aquascope, you must leave your personal belongings in a locker (individual or family). To open and close the locker, you will receive a wristband at the entrance. This is free and must be returned after your visit.

It is not possible to rent towels at Aquascope or at the hotels in the park. Please bring your own. However, if you don't have any, you can buy them at the Aquascope shop.

Yes, there is a souvenir shop in the Aquascope lobby.

All our pools are heated to 29°C, except in the children's pool ‘La faille de Kraki’, where the water is 31°C.

Pets are not allowed in the Aquascope, nor in the outdoor areas.  The kennel is currently closed due to works.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available at Aquascope.

Pushchairs are not allowed in the Aquascope. We advise you to leave them in your vehicle. However, it is possible to park pushchairs outside in front of the entrance, but spaces are limited and under your responsibility.

No. It is forbidden to reserve a deckchair or lounger permanently, with a towel or otherwise.
