We have observed numerous scams involving the sale of Futuroscope tickets on classified ads or auction sites. To guarantee your access to the park, we recommend that you buy your tickets on our official website futuroscope.com or from authorized resellers.
The resale of our tickets is prohibited. The park reserves the right to refuse access to visitors with tickets purchased outside Futuroscope or an authorized reseller.
Futuroscope entrance ticket: you can buy it directly from the ticket office at the park entrance on the day of your arrival (see on-site prices).
Aquascope entrance ticket: not sold on site, booking is compulsory.
Please note that some rates are only available by reservation.

Activating your personal account:
- Once your online booking has been confirmed, your account will be activated as soon as your booking agreement is sent by email. Please note that your account may take longer to be activated if a booking is made between the hours of 8 pm and 7 am.
- Bookings over the telephone: if you receive an email after creating an account, click on the link provided to activate the account.
If necessary, contact our advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06. You will need to quote your booking number.

Have you forgotten your password? Go to your personal space and click on the "forgot password" link. Enter your e-mail address to receive a link to reset your password. It may take several minutes to receive the e-mail.
At Futuroscope and Aquascope:
The adult rate applies to all visitors aged 13 and over, children's rates apply to visitors aged 5 to 12 inclusive, admission is free for children under 5.
Proof of age (national identity card, passport or family record book) may be requested on the day of the visit.
Change or cancel your Futuroscope date ticket free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival and your Aquascope stay or ticket up to 15 days before your arrival.

Online booking
- Payment by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express and e-carte bleue.
- Payment by Chèque Vacances Connect.
- All transactions are secure. Depending on the bank, a security code may be required to validate the transaction.
Booking by phone
- Payment by credit card: Cartes Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express.
- Payments by bank cheques, vacation vouchers and gift vouchers are accepted by telephone on 05 49 49 11 12, for bookings made at least 30 days before the visit.
On site in the park
- Cash in euros.
- Payment by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club (excluding Agence Futuroscope Destination).
- Payment by Chèques Vacances (excluding stores).
- Payment by luncheon vouchers (paper or card) is possible in all the park's restaurants.
- Payment by cheque is not accepted (in accordance with article L112-1 of the French Consumer Code).

- Payment by Chèques Vacances (paper) is accepted at the cash desks at the park entrance and in the park restaurants.
- Payment by Chèques Vacances (paper) for a reservation is accepted by telephone on 05 49 49 11 12, at least 30 days before the visit.
- Payment by "Chèque-Vacances Connect" is accepted on futuroscope.com for all bookings, even up to the last minute. You must have a Chèque-Vacances Connect account. To find out more, click here, or go to Other > Help on the ANCV App.
When you book online, you can show your entry ticket on your mobile at the ticket check point at the entrance to the Park.
If you choose to print your ticket, it must be printed in the original size on one side of a blank white sheet of A4 paper. The print must be of good quality. Partially printed, smudged, damaged or illegible documents will be deemed invalid and be refused. Do not fold along the bar code or QR code.
Your visitors’ documents (entry tickets and vouchers) are available on your Personal Account page and also sent by Email.
If your date of arrival is in less than 20 days or you have booked open-ended tickets, check your Inbox as you will receive an Email containing your visitors’ documents. You can also access them on your Personal Account page.
Please note: if you book between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. there may be a delay in receiving your documents by Email or in your Personal Account.
If your date of arrival is in more than 20 days:
Your visitors’ documents will not be available immediately. You will receive them by Email and in your Personal Account 20 days before you arrive.
You have chosen to receive your visitor documents by post - they will be despatched to your address in France 20 days before your date of arrival. Delivery times are subject to the postal services. Visitor documents are only sent by post to within metropolitan France
If you have not received your documents a few days before your arrival, check your spam/junk mail folders. If you still have not received them, contact our booking advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06 quoting your booking number.
On the day of your visit, print off your documents and bring them with you or load them to your Smartphone.
If you halt your booking at the payment stage or if payment is refused, we will draw up a quote reminding you of your choices. No services will be booked. The quote will be sent to you by email. To take up the quote (subject to availability at the time of your call), call our booking advisors on 00 33 5 49 49 59 06. You will need the quote reference.
You can also resume a booking at any time at futuroscope.com.
The Futuroscope entry ticket gives unlimited free access to all attractions, entertainment and shows, including the Night Show, with the exception of the attraction Les Yeux Grand Fermés (Eyes Wide Shut), the Cyber Avenue paying games and certain special events.
Access to the Night Show is included at no extra charge with all admission tickets, packages and stays, on the day of the visit.
An Evening ticket (5pm or later) or Nocturne ticket (8pm or later) is recommended for visitors wishing to enjoy only the evening attractions and the night show.
The night show is scheduled every evening the park is open, even in the event of rain. The schedule may be modified, delayed or cancelled without notice in the event of exceptional weather conditions or for technical reasons.
Check the schedule for the night-time show on the day of your visit in the Calendar and Timetables section. The show lasts approximately 25 minutes.

Your invoice will be sent after your visit.
One entry ticket for the Futuroscope park is included per person in all our stays and packages. Tickets for the Aquascope must be booked in addition.

The Pass gives you priority admission to the attractions and offers discounts and benefits in the park. Go to "The Passes" page to see the advantages and prices of each pass.
The Pass option is to be chosen at the time of booking in addition to a ticket or a break.

If you are the beneficiary of a Futuroscope gift box, you must first validate it before your visit, then reserve your visit date with the partner who publishes your box (the name of the partner is shown on the box):

Your visit documents will be sent to you by the partner. Present them on the day of your visit at the Futuroscope entrance. No box will be accepted on site without prior validation and reservation with the partner.

Available in denominations of €10, €20 or €50, Gift vouchers (Futurochèques Cadeaux) can be used to pay for tickets or stays booked with Futuroscope Destination (by telephone on +33 5 49 49 59 06, booking to be made 30 days before the date of the visit) as well as directly at the cash desks at the entrance and in the Futuroscope shops and restaurants.
