At Futuroscope park :

The "Disabled access bracelet" give priority access to the attractions to the disabled visitor and up to 3 members of the group (subject to the person to whom the bracelet is issued going on the attraction). The bracelet is issued at the information & service desks. Bracelets are issued to disabled visitors in person who are in
possession of an original copy of their valid proof of disability and proof of identity.

Accepted documents: 
- EU Disability card
- Original medical certificate for type-1 diabetes dated within the last 3 months, signed and stamped by a medical doctor

Non-accepted documents : 
- Medical certificates (except for type-1 diabetes)
- Recent hospital admission certificate

The bracelet is personal, non-transferable, and must be worn on your wrist for the duration of your stay. Bracelets that are removed will not be replaced.

At Aquascope park

No priority access to the slides, whatever the type of disability.

Aquascope is accessible to all. Please note that we are unable to offer priority access to the slides, whatever the type of disability.
A limited number of wheelchairs suitable for use in wet environments are available for people with reduced mobility (reservations are not possible). Personal wheelchairs are not permitted. Launching devices are available for the wave pool, the Aquadynamique river and the Silver pool.
For those with prosthetic devices, these must not contain any metal. It is forbidden to use the slides with prosthetic devices.
To ensure the safety of visitors with disabilities, we recommend an accompanying adult.

Free parking for disabled: please show your parking ticket and disability card at the cash desk or at the "Information & Services" desk.

A discount is applied to the price of the entrance ticket included in our stays. To benefit from this discount, contact our reservations advisors on 05 49 49 11 12 (not applicable to online bookings).

At the entrance to Futuroscope: wheelchair hire at €10 per day (while stocks last). A limited number of electric scooters can also be hired for €40 a day. The scooter is reserved for people with reduced mobility aged 18 and over and does not allow access to the attractions. You must transfer to a wheelchair or on foot.

At the entrance to Aquascope: free loan of a wheelchair suitable for wet environments, in limited numbers and without reservation. Personal wheelchairs are not permitted.

The main ticket office and the Info & Services points at Futuroscope and Aquascope are equipped with induction loop systems for people with hearing impairments. Most restaurants and shops are also equipped.

The Futuroscope Xperiences parks and hotels hold the ‘Tourisme & Handicap’ accreditation:
- Futuroscope Park: accredited for hearing, intellectual and mobility impairments.
- Aquascope: accredited for hearing and intellectual impairments across the entire water park, and for mobility and visual impairments in the ground-floor accessible areas.
- Station Cosmos, Ecolodgee and Hôtel du Futuroscope: certified for hearing, intellectual, mobility and visual impairments.
